On the surface, our client was doing very well. They were a profitable, publicly traded high-growth technology venture that was expanding both organically and through a number of strategic acquisitions.
Below the surface, the company was on the precipice of becoming totally dysfunctional, with a CEO who’s behaviour was leading to destructive team dynamics.
The Work
TeamWorks was engaged to help re-define the company’s core human resources strategy and put a new leadership plan in place. With a new CEO promoted to lead, TeamWorks worked closely with staff to heal relationships and develop popular new company cultures and values.
The Results
The result of our collaboration was a significant boost in company morale, a popular common company vision and a high-performing company-wide On Purpose team. In fact, our recommendations were so successful; the company was later sold to a larger public company at significant equity gain.
