About Us

Team Works was founded by Max Carbone in 1995 on the philosophy that successful strategic plans must be developed and executed by the team members themselves and not by an external “expert”. We apply a proprietary, flexible computer assisted facilitation process, to ensure you and your team leverage your knowledge, your expertise and your time to develop highly effective, strategic plans, in your own words…incredibly FAST!

Max holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, one of North America’s top business schools. During his BA, Max studied Psychology and Economics at the University of Western Ontario.
